1. Services Offered
JetcoMobile Services provides diesel truck maintenance and repair services as described on our website and agreed upon with the client. This includes but is not limited to DOT inspections, wheel seals, brakes, suspension repairs, fuel system diagnostics & repair, jump starts, drivetrain diagnostics & repair, lighting diagnostics & repair, general troubleshooting, and electrical work.
2. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicles, ensuring a safe and accessible work environment for our technicians, and authorizing any necessary work or repairs before commencement.
3. Service Charges and Payment
Service charges are based on the scope of work and are communicated to the client before initiating repairs. Payment is expected upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
JetcoMobile Services will make every effort to accommodate client scheduling requests. Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
5. Liability
While JetcoMobile Services endeavors to provide high-quality services, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of our services, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.
6. Warranty
We offer a warranty on parts and labor for a specified period after service completion. Warranty details will be provided upon request and are subject to the terms outlined therein.
7. Governing Law
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the state of the state, and parties agree to resolve disputes through mediation or arbitration before litigation.
8. Amendments
JetcoMobile Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance.
